Face to Face

He is not only our Savior, but also our Lord, to Whom we will all answer one day!

One day, every person will stand naked before the Lord, with no leg to stand on (pardon the pun) and nothing to hide behind.As Holy Scripture tells us: And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. – Heb 4:13

Some people think they’re a pretty good person, but the Bible says we’ve all sinned against God, and therefore, we’re all guilty. What person hasn’t broken the 10 commandments?

Have you ever lied? Ever stolen something? Ever used God’s name in vain?!! Do we really need to go on?!!

Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. – 1 Cor 13:12

On that day, what will you say? Will you have any valid argument to make? More importantly, will you have any way to pay the debt you owe God? How might you make up for your sins?!

As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one;… for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. – Rom 3:10, 23

Did you know Jesus talked about a place called Hell 7x more than He talked about Heaven? Just read the 4 Gospels for yourself and see.

And did you know Jesus said this? – “No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”- Luke 13:5

If you refuse to repent and turn to Christ from the heart, you will have no leg to stand on at the Judgment Seat (Rev 20:11-15), because everything you relied upon for security and power on earth was left behind……. the money, the sex, the power, the earthly reputation… they will all have disappeared. And now here you are!

You will have nothing to cover you up, and your sins are glaring before the Holy One, your Creator. You won’t even have a fig leaf at your disposal to cover your nakedness and shame. You might be indifferent, or flippant, towards God right now, but I hope you reconsider your position today before it’s too late and you’re face to face with the Lord!

Here’s what Holy Scripture tells us: Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him. – Heb 9:27-28

But to be clear: salvation is only brought to those who are “waiting for Him”, to those who have humbly turned to God and Christ for mercy and forgiveness, BEFORE their time is up.

When you’re asked by God how you will pay the debt you owe Him, you’ll either have no sufficient answer and have to face the Judgment, OR you’ll be able to say the Lord Jesus, His Precious Son, paid for all of your sins at the Cross.

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense — Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. – 1Jo 2:1-2

By God’s grace alone, the offer of complete forgiveness remains for anyone in the world who’s willing to repent and believe in God’s Precious Son. – Psa 103:11, Eph 2:8-9

That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” – Rom 10:9-11

How can you cover the shame of your nakedness? The guilt of your sin?! – Only by repenting towards God and placing your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. – Act 16:31, 20:21

Jesus is the only One who was perfectly pure; fully satisfying the righteous demands of God the Father, and therefore He’s the only worthy One who can pay for our sins! – Heb 4:15

Our days on earth are just like a mist, here today and gone tomorrow. Do not think you are owed or guaranteed any amount of days! – Psa 90

What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. – Jas 4:14

Turn to the Lord from the heart, that He may grant you the faith to believe in Him and be saved. And don’t be so sure tomorrow will be there for you to make this decision, because one day it won’t be!

And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain — for He says, “AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU.”Behold, now is “THE ACCEPTABLE TIME,” behold, now is “THE DAY OF SALVATION” –2Cor 6:1-2

We will all be before the Lord one day soon.

ARE YOU READY TO SEE HIM FACE TO FACE???

Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household. – Acts 16:31

Here’s the Good News of the Gospel: Jesus Christ, who is God incarnate, humbled Himself to die on our behalf. Thus He became the sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty of our guilt.

He rose from the dead to declare with power that He is Lord over all, and He offers eternal life freely to sinners who will surrender to Him in humble, repentant faith.As Jesus Himself said; “Repent and believe the good news!” – Mar 1:15

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” – John 3:16-18

My friend, if you’re still alive, God has a plan and purpose for your life. And He promises if you seek Him FIRST, you will find it. You will find HIM. – Mat 6:33-34
